Provisioning errors
The following section details errors used in SMS Scheduled Provisioning configuration by the Numbers API in alphabetical order.

10DLC_LIMIT_EXCEEDED |
Too many numbers have been added to this campaign. Most campaigns can only support 50 numbers. Sole Proprietor campaigns can only support one number. | Create a new campaign or contact your account manager to convert this campaign to a number pool campaign. |
CAMPAIGN_EXPIRED |
Campaign has expired in TCR. | Select another campaign. |
CAMPAIGN_MNO_REJECTED |
Campaign has been rejected by one or more MNOs. | Select another campaign. |
CAMPAIGN_MNO_REVIEW |
Campaign is being reviewed by one or more MNOs. Campaign must be approved by all MNOs before provisioning can continue. | Try again later. |
CAMPAIGN_MNO_SUSPENDED |
Campaign has been suspended by one or more MNOs. | Select another campaign. |
CAMPAIGN_NOT_AVAILABLE |
Campaign not available from TCR. | Check the Campaign ID provided and ensure Sinch has been selected as the Direct Connection Aggregator (DCA). |
CAMPAIGN_PENDING_ACCEPTANCE |
Sinch has not yet accepted this campaign. | Contact the Service Implementation team for assistance. |
CAMPAIGN_PROVISIONING_FAILED |
This campaign could not be provisioned. | Verify that the campaign is correct or contact your account manager for assistance. |
INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE |
There is insufficient balance in the prepaid account to cover for campaign setup fee. | Provide payment on the Sinch Customer Dashboard and try again after balance has been updated. |
INTERNAL_ERROR |
Internal error. | Copy the error send it toSinch support. |
INVALID_NNID |
Invalid NNID provided in the number provision request. The NNID provided should belong to the customer account. | Contact your account manager for assistance. |
MNO_SHARING_ERROR |
Campaign has not been shared with MNO.Sinch has retried this provisioning multiple times, but we will need to follow up with the carrier. | Verify that all MNOs are selected for the campaign. If so, contact your account manager or create new campaign. |
MOCK_CAMPAIGN_NOT_ALLOWED |
Number cannot be added to a mock campaign. | Select another campaign. |
NUMBER_PROVISIONING_FAILED |
This number could not be provisioned to the campaign. | Select a new number or contact Sinch support for assistance. |
PARTNER_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE |
One of Sinch's partners is temporarily unavailable and we are unable to complete the registration at this time. | Try again later. |
SMS_PROVISIONING_FAILED |
The number could not be added to the specified SMS Service plan. | Select a different service plan or contact your account manager for assistance. |
TFN_NOT_ALLOWED |
Toll free numbers cannot be provisioned as 10DLC numbers. | Select a valid 10DLC number. Search for a Sinch virtual 10DLC number on the Customer Dashboard or through the Numbers API. |
